Item :	DWM 1920 COMMERCIAL LUGER PISTOL, 7.65MM

Description :

Here is a 1920's Commercial Luger Pistol manufactured by Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken of Berlin. It is chambered for the 7.65mm (.30 Luger) cartridge. These were manufactured for export with many coming to the United States. This Luger is all matching and in very fine condition with about 90% of its factory blued finish remaining. There is some light holster wear on the high points of the gun and the grip straps are turning brown. The heat treated parts show much of their straw color. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The grips are in fine condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few small dings on the checkering. There are a couple of warts. The trigger has had thin grooves filed into the face, I guess to give the trigger finger some purchase. The name "Ruger" has been very lightly scratched on the left side of the frame. You have to hold it just right to see it, but it is there. The magazine is a WWI example with a wooden plug. It does not match. Included is a commercial holster by Laurence. This is a nice commercial Luger. Stock no. 27417
