EXCELLENT MAUSER C96 BROOMHANDLE BOLO PISTOL, 7.63X25MM, ALL MATCHING

This is a C96 Bolo Broomhandle Pistol manufactured by Mauser and chambered for the 7.63x25mm Mauser cartridge. This is a late Post-War commercial pistol with a polished blued finish and the Mauser banner on the left rear frame panel. Bolo Mausers had smaller grips and shorter barrels than the original C96. The name comes from the gun's extensive use by the Bolsheviks. This pistol is in very fine to excellent condition with all matching numbers. It retains more than 95% of its factory blued finish with a bit of finish wear on the front ends of the slide rails and on the front bottom edge of the magazine. Small parts retain nearly all of their fire bluing with a bit of wear on the edges. The bolt is armory bright and gleams in the sun! The bore and mechanics are excellent. The grooved wooden grips are excellent as well. This is a superb example of a Post-WWI Bolo Mauser. Stock no. 29945
