Here is an original, WWI, British Webley MK VI Revolver manufactured in 1917. Produced from 1915 to 1923, this was the standard British sidearm of the First World War. It is a large frame, top-break, double-action revolver with a 6-inch barrel. It was well known for its massive stopping power. Originally chambered in .455 Eley, this revolver has been converted to fire the .45 ACP cartridge. It is in very good condition. It has about 10-15% of its factory blued finish remaining in protected areas. The majority of the gun has a brown/steel patina. The mechanics are excellent. The bore and chambers are very fine. The barrel and frame have matching numbers, but the number was shaved off of the back of the cylinder when it was converted. The black hard rubber grips are very good with a couple of very small chips at the top of the right grip. The lanyard loop is missing from the stud. Stock no. 32934
