This is a copy of the famed Winchester Model 1873 Rifle made by Aldo Uberti of Italy and sold by Dixie Gun Works. The '73 Winchester is the "Gun That Won The West" and this is a great example. It is in very fine condition with more than 95% of its factory blued finish and nearly 100% of its cased color finishes remaining. There is a scratch on the right side plate of the receiver. There are some good sized rust spots on the butt plate, possibly from resting on a damp floor. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The stock is excellent with just a tiny ding or two from use or storage. Stock no. 33009
