Description :

"E.P. Bond" Dealer made Export Weapon in fair condition with a nice, black untouched condition. Well used with light to moderate pitting around bolster. Confederate replaced button tipped ram rod. Missing the top sling swivel but this may be explained by a notch cut just behind the middle band. I believe this may have served in a Cavalry Unit and the notch was to hold a widened sling in a short position. Black brass trigger guard and buttplate and stock cap. "JS" in a circle just forward of the buttplate tang. Well used, but real, Confederate Enfield.
